About our community
Havasu Mobile Estates (the “HME Hideaway”) is a residential community in Havasu Lake, California, near the shores of Lake Havasu on the Colorado River. The Havasu Mobile Estates Association is a volunteer homeowners association that maintains the community’s governing documents, reviews proposed property improvements through its Architectural Review Committee, and keeps members informed on local issues such as the Havasu Water Company. The annual members’ meeting is held each fall at Friendship Hall, next to the firehouse.
